Rates are charged per kilometre. For Tempo Travellers and the Force Urbania a minimum of 300 km per day applies, plus driver bata: ₹500 per day on the 9+1 and 12+1 Tempo Travellers, and ₹700 per day on the 17+1 Tempo Traveller and the Force Urbania. A professional driver is included. Tolls, parking, permits and state taxes are extra and billed at actuals, and interstate permit charges apply for Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Goa. You receive an itemised bill with a GST invoice.

Standard duty runs from 6 AM to 10 PM. Driving after 10 PM carries an extra driver bata, and we confirm the amount in your quotation.

As a guide: the 9+1 Tempo Traveller suits small families, the 12+1 and 17+1 suit larger families and office groups, the Force Urbania suits guests who want a premium ride, and the 21+1 and 25+1 mini buses suit offsites, weddings and larger pilgrimages. Yes. Every vehicle is air-conditioned, and the 12+1 and 17+1 Tempo Travellers are also available as non-AC at a lower per-km rate.

The 9+1, 12+1 and 17+1 Tempo Travellers carry 9, 12 and 17 bags plus a roof carrier. The Force Urbania takes up to 17 bags (12 on the Maharaja) with rear storage. Mini buses have overhead racks and a rear boot.

We are based in Bengaluru and usually serve trips within about 150 km, and beyond that on routes across Karnataka and South India. Customers have booked us for trips to Coorg, Sakleshpur, Mysuru, Chikkamagaluru and Goa. One-way drops, round trips and multi-day circuits are all possible, so tell us your route and we will confirm.

Yes. Our drivers are experienced, friendly professionals who prioritise your safety, comfort and punctuality throughout the journey.

No. An enquiry or quotation is only an estimate, and the price can change if your trip details change. Your booking is confirmed when you accept the quotation.

Enquiries and quotations can be withdrawn free of charge before you confirm. After confirmation, charges depend on how close to the trip you cancel: early cancellation costs little or nothing, while same-day cancellation or a no-show can carry a higher charge, particularly on outstation, Tempo Traveller and mini bus bookings. The exact charges are written in your quotation. Moving your trip to another date is generally free, subject to availability and reasonable notice.

In the rare case of a breakdown or unavailability we may offer a comparable or better vehicle and tell you as early as possible. If we cannot, any advance you paid is refunded in full.
