Per-Kilometre Pricing
Rates are “from” prices per kilometre. Tempo Travellers and the Force Urbania carry a 300 km daily minimum plus driver bata. Mini buses and the Urbania Maharaja are quoted per trip, because the price depends on route, duration and group size.

About Our Rates
How are rental rates calculated?
Rates are charged per kilometre. For Tempo Travellers and the Force Urbania a minimum of 300 km per day applies, plus driver bata: ₹500 per day on the 9+1 and 12+1 Tempo Travellers, and ₹700 per day on the 17+1 Tempo Traveller and the Force Urbania. What is included and what is extra?
A professional driver is included. Tolls, parking, permits and state taxes are extra and billed at actuals, and interstate permit charges apply for Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Goa. You receive an itemised bill with a GST invoice.
What are the duty hours?
Standard duty runs from 6 AM to 10 PM. Driving after 10 PM carries an extra driver bata, and we confirm the amount in your quotation.
